Description
Home-made dough ready to fry. Prepared with more than 70% of desalted codfish, milk, wheat flour, pasteurized egg, butter and parsley. Preservatives free.
BU: pots of 1Kg (6 pots/box). BU-P: pots of 300gr (18 pots/box).
Utilization
Leave to thaw in the refrigerator. Stir the dough. Fry small amounts of dough (a teaspoonful) in very hot oil (180ºC). Once fried, drain on kitchen paper and serve hot.
Conservation
At -18ºC. Frozen product.
