HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before 1:00 p.m. will be delivered within 24 hours.

Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered within 48 hours.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

I NEED MY ORDER DELIVERED IN A SPECIFIC DAY AND TIME.

If you want your order to arrive on a specific day, please contact us in the comments of your order or through the website form.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will receive your order in a sealed box.

All products are vacuum packed separately and ultra frozen, this way we avoid adding preservatives, thus maintaining a 100% natural product.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

All our orders are delivered through our ally SEUR FRIO.

IS MY SHIPPING FREE?

All shipments are free from 90 Euros.

If your order is less than 40 Euros, the shipping cost is 10 Euros. If your order is between 40 and 90 Euros, 5 Euros will be charged.

DOES RAFOLS OFFER FREE RETURNS SERVICE?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with the product or it does not arrive in optimal conditions, you can return your product for free. The only condition is that you make a claim to us within a maximum period of 24 hours from receiving your order.

WHAT IS TRADITIONALLY DESALINED COD? WHAT DIFFERENCES ARE THERE WITH OTHER COD?

At Rafols we guarantee that all our products meet the best quality standards.

All our products are sustainably hooked Gadus Morhua Cod with Iceland designation of origin.

At Rafols we cure our raw material in salt for at least 6 months, unlike other cod that is injected with salt and cured for one to four weeks. If you want to know more about our process click here.

Our products do not contain any type of glaze and are ultra frozen to avoid adding preservatives.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE COOKING MY PRODUCTS?

You will find how to use each product on the vacuum packaging label.

The most important thing is slow defrosting, for this we recommend defrosting the product overnight in the refrigerator, keeping the packaging vacuum.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

We offer Packs with a selection of our products, however, you have the possibility of personalizing your order by choosing the products individually.
