Fried and Steamed Codfish Fritters
Ingredients
Codfish fritters dough, fresh eggs, lemon, orange, fresh herbs.
How to prepare
- With half of the dough we will mix a beaten egg and put it to cook in a steamed bamboo.
- The other half of the dough will be fried in a frying pan.
- At the moment of serving, we will mix them with lemon zest, orange zest and fresh herbs.
