Ingredients
Beef tripe, chorizo sausage, onion, garlic, tomato, parsley, paprika, olive oil, cod cococha and cod tripe.
How to prepare
- We make a traditional veal tripe.
- At the end we add a cococha and a cut cod tripe and scald it.
- Cook for a few minutes and serve.
