Ingredients
Vegetables to taste, wasabi, soy, ginger, nori seaweed, caviaroli, tobiko and Japanese cut cod ingot.
How to prepare
- Cut a few slices of cod ingot to make a sashimi of the desired size.
- Cut some vegetables into julienne strips and sauté them.
- Roll the sautéed vegetables in nori seaweed.
- Serve with soy, ginger, wasabi, caviaroli and tobiko roe.
