Garlic, parsley, paprika, vinegar and cod loin.
How to prepare
- Flour the cod loin and fry it.
- We brown some laminated garlic, add parsley and paprika.
- When we have it at the desired point add a few drops of vinegar to slow down the cooking.
- Sauté the ganxet beans and add them to the fried nose.
