Utilization
Defrost in the refrigerator inside the container. Wash, dry and ready to use.
Conservation
Frozen product that must be kept at a temperature of -18ºC. It has a shelf life of 18 months frozen and 5 days once thawed.
Format
Presentation in 3.2kg boxes containing 8 skinless ingots of 400g. Each ingot is presented in an individual case.
